The security is non existence with regular burglaries and the staff show no interest in helping out with any requests. During our stay,the air hockey,internet,main apartment block doors al broke and were not repaired.
The staff open and close the pool when they feel like it,never to the advertised times and the lifeguard is too busy either chatting to the female guests,walking off for long periods at a time or listening to his music player. Don't get into difficulties in the water as he won't be there to save you,although if your taller than 1.
If your very lucky,they may swich the jaccuzzi and waterfalls on but don,t get your hopes up. There are 10 sunbeds available for about guests so be early.
Parking in the hotel is an extortionate 9 euros a day but if your brave,you could chance not being towed away and park in the hotels resturaunt well cafe more like carpark which has over thirty spaces for diners only but only about 10 tables and a very limited menu.
The staff are rude,the bins rarely emptied and theres broken glass. On the plus side,it was sunny but if you want to spend the day by the pool soaking up the rays,you,ll have to wait till gone 11am when it opens.
