Is it safe at around I am not bulletproof. Yes, I would have no problems walking in that neighborhood before midnight. There are plenty of people around, lots of restaurants and it's in the financial district. You do know that is a brothel, right? All the women there are prostitutes. Nothing wrong with that, it's legal, but just so you know. There will not be much going on there at 10 PM. At least that's what some guy told me: Not sure about it being a brothel, just a bar, with friendly ladies: That guy you know I heard from some guys that some guys said to go around midnight, in theory of course.
