Spent time with the girls from the Trailblazer Youth Project this afternoon. We talked about everything from Menstruation to Careers to Personal Development.
Received an award sometime last month from the Champions of Humanity UK So Father Charlie asked me to work with him on a leadership program for young promising students some time last year. I was a bit hesitant because at the time i was a student myself and i felt i had a lot to lea And Congratulations to all the young leaders in the first cohort of the program. Happy Africa Day friends. Today am celebrating the amazing Copper Rose Team and our partners Lubuto Library Partners Lusaka Global Shapers Hub Lis Pads and University of Alabama Students Through simultaneous activities in Mumbwa and Lusaka, we directly reached out to more than people in the last couple of days educating them about Menstrual Hygiene Management and the importance of gender equality. What are you doing to develop your coun My woman crush this week is Dr Mercy Mumba Musukuma she is currently in the country with her team of medical students from Alabama.
They donated washable and disposable sanitary napkins for adolescent girls in Mumbwa, Zambia. These hygiene kits will bring us to girls for this year alone, bringing us closer to our 1million target for Thank you Mercy, God bless you abundantly!
