It is difficult to express the idea of Rocking J's. It is a camping place, but it is not. They refer to it as a hammock hotel, and perhaps that is a better denomination. You go past the front wall, with an ondulating dragon on top of it. The parking lot is small, on high season it is full of cars and it is almost impossible to get your car out. You see the restaurant, a nice little open restaurant with a sexy waitress and very cool looking tables. Every wall has very creative ceramic designs, that are all designed by the guests.
You go past the restaurant to the counter if you got there in a cab, they will pay for it. You check in, pay in advance and they give you a key for a storage space if you choose a hammock or a tent or a dorm. Inside you have green grass fields with the bathrooms in the center.
Even in the high season you do not have to wait a lot for the bathroom, and it is always clean. It is also a great place to be when it is 4: The nights are always good, there is always a nice party on the beach, with J the owner The nights are always good, there is always a nice party on the beach, with J the owner giving out tequila shots to everyone mostly the hot girls.
There is usually lots of interesting people from all around the world playing guitar. I always love it when I am in Rocking J's More. I spent new year's with my best friends there and absolutely loved it, it is super cool, nobody messes with nobody, in fact everybody is nice and willing to chat for a while, it's a great place if you like to spend time relaxing specially at 4: If you are very young and want to party this is the place.
Gorgeous mosaics and lots of binge drinking. It's right on the beach and hammocks abound. My brother and I just visited but I would never stay there I'm in my 30s. If i were a year old party goer, then maybe. Perfect for the young and excited. So many colors and people and art everywhere! Staff is super super chill and helpful.. Before I go into my review, I need to do a bit of a P. It seemed very obvious to me that this place exists almost solely as a party place, and yet during my week and a a half stay I saw around 5 families here.
