The best place is called " Jounieh ". This is an area north of beirut about 30 minutes on the freeway. The beaches are packed and the night life is amazing. Wherever you go in Beirut the women are exotic and beautiful not to mention friendly so you wouldnt have a hard time finding "chicks".
Trust me, you're neck will be sore from whiplash when you get back because you will be cruising a lot! I am going to Jounieh at the end of the month, did you go there when you went to Beirut?
